How to Get rid of constipation

If you are constipated badly,Here i will tell you some ways to get out of it totally.

1.Do physical activities as much as possible

One permanant and biggest solution is use your body, whether you do work in farm ,or you just walk or do suryanamaskara or do exercise. I don’t recomend you heavy exercises because it will have its own side effects.

2. Run Daily 4km o 5 km –

If you run around 4km to 5km daily, Within six months, you will get good results. If you continue it for 2-3 years, you will be a different person. Dont forget to consume foods which covers all vitamins requirements like fruits, vegetables, milk, Ghee etc.. If you are daily runner then make habit to take bath immediately to avoid skin infections. Also wear supporters while running

3.Stay in touch with soil and grab evening/morning sunlight

Stay in touch with soil or earth for half an hour to 1 hour , spend time in garden or farm, or anywhere where there is direct contacts of soil. Dont wear chappals for that paricular time.

4.Eat a bit honey in daily morning

Honey is best ingredient for constipation, daily consumption of honey in morning will have good impacts.

5.Eat raisin (dried grapes/kismiss)

Eating raisin or dried grapes/kismis is very imapctfull for constipation.

6.Eat fruits like mango or pawpaw [papita]

Taking mango juice or mango and pawpaw [papita] is also good for constipation.

7.Drink 2-3 glasses of water in morning before brushing

Drink 2-3 glasses of water in morning before brushing.Take everything into your stomach,what is in your mouth. Dont spit it out.
