This is 2024 and there is a wave for spirituality all around the world. After getting everything they wanted, many people are wondering what’s next? and India has always answer of it- Spirituality.
First of all what is spirituality? It is not that doing some magic tricks or walking on the water or flying in the air, But above it, it is the science of moving towards ourselves or journey towards within. It means human being is not only body and mind but more than it and if an individual wants to inquire, he has to find the way for it and India has always kept the opportunities open for everyone.
India is always been the country of seekers and masters from Shiva, Rama, Krishna, Buddha, Mahavira to modern masters like Arbindo ,Ramakrishna, Ramana Rajneesh, J Krishnamurthy, Sadhguru etc.. masters always comes and serve what they knew to every seekers, Whereas west also produces well known master i.e. George Gurdjieff. As per time-demand, India always made ways and practices for inner growth and well being.
In modern world it seems difficult to get the proper way for enlightenment or inner transformation but there are ways and there were always been. I am going to share one or two ways to make your way easy if you are one of those seekers.
1- Sadhguru’s Way– There is a famous state of India – Tamilnadu, where there is a city namely Coimbatore where Isha foundation is situated. 2- Osho’s way – I am not going to share complete guidance for osho’s meditations techniques because it needs proper environment to perform. But he said if you use your body physically extensively then only you can break The barriers of body.
3. my suggestion– Running, Surya namaskara etc can help to break the complexities of body and can makes you more lighter and available for body. Dont forget to consume foods which covers all vitamins requirements like fruits, vegetables, milk, Ghee etc.. If you are daily runner then make habit to take bath immediately to avoid skin infections. Also wear supporters while running.
