From last decade, people are debating whether its ok to cry on every little challenging situation or you have to suppress your tears? People usually say its ok to cry , I also agreed that it is better to cry than suppressing emotions, but why should you cry if you can be a person who is strong internally?
I have quite different philosophy about emotional tears. You are not able to stop your tears if things are not going your way means you are internally weak and not fittest for survival and better you learn to fight instead of cry. I am not saying you should suppress your emotional tears but you have to do some natural practices to become internally strong. if you suppress your emotions, it will come out in a bad way. Some people are strong like a stone and never allow their tears to flow easily and they have straight vision to get victory over their difficulties. So how to become strong person internally and become a visionary?
1. Running and physical activities- If you run daily for 3 to 4 km daily you will leave behind all your stress and problems. But if you follow strict routine of running you must add all ‘vitamin-reached’ food to your diet, otherwise vitamin deficiency like vitamin B12 or C etc.. will make things more vulnerable. You must take milk, butter, almonds and other dry fruits, fruits and vegetables to meet daily requirement of body of runner. It will do wonders to your mind and body. Don’t forget to take bath immediately after running to avoid skin infections. Also wear supporters while running. If you find running is hard you can do surya namaskara or any other physical activities.
2. Walk barefoot in soil and take sunlight- Many heath issues will disappear if you walk barefoot in rich soil and take sunlight regularly.
3. Visit some sacred places – I would suggest to visit to isha yoga centre, coimbatore -Tamilnadu ,India, if you can, for grace and well being. You can do isha practices online or offline like shambhavi, and many other higher practices if you want. For that you can visit isha’s official website.
4. Dont get into any motivation stuff, instead do some real stuff.
